Starting September 1st, join a community committed to leveling up both mentally and physically.

What’s Included:

  • Daily Mindfulness – Build clarity and focus with daily meditation & journal prompt.

  • 5–6 Workouts Per Week – Structured training plan designed to push limits and build strength. Option of Full Gym Equipment Program or Dumbbell Only Program.

  • Meal Plan Provided – Simple, balanced nutrition to fuel your transformation.

  • Step-by-Step Instructional Videos – Train with confidence and perfect your form.

  • Private Community Access – Stay motivated, accountable, and supported with others on the same journey.

The Reward:

At the end of the challenge, one participant will be awarded $300 for the best total transformation—physically and mentally. Winners will be chosen based on before-and-after photos and a written testimonial.
